The Challenge

Wundo (formerly Move37/Leah) is a Belgian SaaS startup. Its AI assistant, Lea, helps people actually apply what they learn in leadership and management training, working with business schools and training providers. Wundo did not want testimonials. They wanted thought leadership: short, concrete leadership tips from respected voices in their network, including professors and leaders at business schools such as Vlerick. The founder had a list of around 40 people he wanted to feature, but no internal capacity to interview, record, and edit dozens of people, and a strong preference for authentic, unscripted insight over polished corporate video. The whole point was to strengthen the brand by riding on the credibility and networks of the people featured, so it had to feel real.

The Solution

HappyClient set up a single branded video flow. Each leader received a link, answered a few guided questions (who they are, the leadership challenge, one concrete tip) in under a minute, and recorded straight from the browser on mobile or laptop, no app, no studio. Our editors turned each recording into a clean, on-brand square video sized for LinkedIn, with subtitles in the spoken language and Wundo's logo, consistent across the whole series.
